About the Role:

As an HR Executive at Brabima, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will manage the end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and help nurture the company's culture as we continue to scale.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain employee records and assist with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.

What You'll Do:

• Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, including employee engagement, recognition, and development initiatives.

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee queries, grievances, and other HR-related issues.

• Maintain HR data and generate reports related to employee metrics, compensation, and performance.
